I stayed here last last month for a 4 nights. We had a great time. The rooms were big and very clean. There was only a couple of people sharing each bathroom which as great. The staff were friendly and very helpful. They organised some tours for us to the pyramids. They also organised train tickets to Luxor for us. Nothing was too much trouble.
Overall fantastic and I highly recommend it

Hi guys,
thank you again for the fantastic time we had with you! Even on the first day we were talking about "going home" - we ment: the Australian hostel. The atmosphere is great and I search now urgently some persons to develop my domino! I'll be back - for some arabic studies.

i have just returned from a 5days trip to Egypt and it was a nice experience. the hostel is nice and clean as well as the people in the hostel supportive as well i.e Amr, Ahmed and the third guy woes name i forget but he remembers me. the location as well as hostel hospitality is good and being in an Arabic country u can get a good speaking English people. i like the hostel and i wish every1 enjoy as well and support to maintain the hostel neat and clean. cheers

Highly recommended!! Staff are just too friendly, very helpful (they speak good English which makes life very much easier!) I even ran into 2 travelers who chose to stay over despite having free accommodation elsewhere!! now imagine that..

Je le recommande pour les raisons suivantes:
Rapport qualité prix très correct
Calme et paisible malgré qu’il est situé au milieu d'un quartier animé en plein cœur du Caire
Chambre propre et spacieuse
Amr (Salam mon frère) et son équipe sont serviables et gentils
Je retournerai certainement à cet hôtel lors de mon prochain voyage en Egypte INCHALLAH
